Jauregui Should Be Declared Potentially Dangerous, Vicious or a Significant
Public Threat, with Determination of Orders or Penalties that Should Apply
Pursuant to Bakersfield Municipal Code Section 6.05.020
Staff recommends the Hearing Officer declare the dog "Thumper"a Potentially
Dangerous or a Vicious Dog, with ordered restrictions
