A. Weather Modification Precipitation and Reimbursement Agreement with
North Kern for participation in Weather Modification Program
- Staff recommends the Water Board refer the Reimbursement Agreement
with North Kern to City Council for approval at the October 19, 2022
meeting.
B. Agreement with Sierra Hydrographics (not to exceed $155,000.00 per year)
to conduct gauge operation, maintenance, and verification (Kern River
SCADA) for a five (5) year term
- Staff recommends the Water Board refer the Reimbursement Agreement
with Sierra Hydrographics to City Council for approval at the September
21, 2022 meeting.
