Present: Chair Orfiz, Vice -Chair Abernathy, Committee Members Madland,
Dewey, Perez-Andreesen, Keller, Koman, and Singh.
Absent: Committee Member Prince
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None
3. ADOPTION OF MINUTES
a. Adoption of Minutes from the March 31, 2022 Oversight Committee
meeting
Motion by Vice -Chart Abernathy, second by Committee Member Perez-
Andreesen, to adopt the minutes from the March 31, 2022 Oversight
Committee meeting. Motion was approved with Committee Member Prince
absent.
4. NEW BUSINESS
a. Fiscal Year 2022-23 PSVS Budget Overview
City Manager Clegg made staff comments and introduced Police Chief Terry
who provided a PowerPoint presentation.

Fire Chief Frando also made staff comments and provided a PowerPoint
presentation.
Motion by Committee Member Keller, second by Committee Member
Dewey, to receive and rile the presentations. Motion was approved with
Committee Member Prince absent.
