Per the terms of the Bakersfield Foundation By -Laws, the terms of the Directors shall be for a period of three years. Re -appointment of Edward Paine, Ann Smart and Denise Ornelas to the Bakersfield Foundation, whose terms expired February, 2022. Absent: Ann Smart 3. Public Statements None 4. Minutes a. Approval of the minutes of the March 10, 2020, special meeting. It was MIS (McKeegan/Ornelas) to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion was approved with Smart absent. 5. Appointments a. Reappointment of Christian Clegg and Julie Drimakis to the Bakersfield Foundation, whose terms expire February 2021. It was MIS (Paine/Ornelas) to appoint Christian Clegg and Julie Drimakis to the Bakersfield Foundation. The motion was approved with Smart absent. 6. Election of Officers a. Election of the following Officers: 1. President 2. Vice -President 3. Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer 4. It was MIS (Ornelas/Pain) to schedule the 2022 annual meeting date on Tuesday, February 03, 2022. The motion was approved with Smart absent. 8. Director Comments Foundation members Paine, Ornelas Glegg and Goh made comments. 9.
