MINUTES

1. Call to Order at 10:05 a.m. by President Goh
2. Roll Call
Present: Karen Goh, Julie Drimakis, Denise Ornelas, Randy McKeegan, Josh Rudnick, and
Christian Clegg.
Absent: Ann Smart and Edward Paine
3. Public Statements
None.
4. Appointments
a. Reappointment of Karen Goh to the Bakersfield Foundation, whose term expired
February, 2023.
It was MIS (Drimakis/McKeegan) to appoint Edward Paine to the Bakersfield Foundation.
The motion was approved with Smart and Paine absent.
b. Reappointment of Randy McKeegan to the Bakersfield Foundation, whose term
expired February, 2023.
If was MIS (Drimakis/ Ornelas) to appoint Randy McKeegan to the Bakersfield Foundation.
The motion was approved with Smart and Paine absent.
5. Minutes
a. Approval of the minutes of the March 3, 2022 special meeting.
If was MIS (Clegg/Drimakis) to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion was
approved with Smart and Paine absent.
6. Election of Officers
a. Election of the following Officers:
1. President
2. Vice -President
3. Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer
4. Secretary
It was MIS (Clegg/McKeegan) to appoint the President, Vice -President, Chief Financial
Officer/Treasurer, and Secretary, as follows:
President: Karen Goh
Vice -President: Christian Clegg
Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer: Randy McKeegan
Secretary: Julie Drimakis
The motion was approved with Smart and Paine absent.
7. New Business
a. Financial Report for 2022.
It was MIS (Drimakis/Ornelas) to receive and Me the report. The motion was approved
with Smart and Paine absent.
b. Set date for 2023 annual meeting.
It was MIS (McKeegan/Drimakis) to schedule the 2023 annual meeting date on
Thursday, March 7, 2024. The motion was approved with Smart and Paine absent.

President Goh adjourned the meeting at 10:17 a.m.
