NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Bakersfield will
hold a Special Meeting on August 20, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California, for the purpose of conducting a
public hearing and receiving comment regarding the proposed sale of the Rosedale
Power Plant.
