NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Bakersfield will hold a
Special Meeting on April 6, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 1501 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, California, for the purpose of conducting a community forum regarding graffiti.
