RECOMMENDATION
BACKGROUND:
General Government, Fire, Development Services and the Police Department will provide a detailed
overview of their FY 2004-2005 proposed operating budgets. The budget overview will include discussion
regarding the goals, accomplishments, and significant budget changes for the respective departments.
