SECTION 1.- The rates ~o be ohamged and oolleote~ by any

SECTION 2.-
I- No person, except a fire-man in t.he discharge of his

BEG. S~ This ordinance fixes the maximum beyond which any person,

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take .effeot~ and. be in full ..
