cause such wooden building or structure for tl~e erection,

construction, placing, repairing or rebuilding of which
he shall have been convicted as aforesaid, to be remove~,

and on his failure, neglect or reflAsal so to do, for each

6 day that-said failure, ne~.lect or refusal shall thereafter
7 continue, it shall be a separate offense, and if convicted
8 thereof such person Shall be punished b~ a fine of not
9 less than twenty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars,
10 or by imprisonment in the county jail of the County of
ll Kern at the rate of one day for each dollar of sai~l fine.
