The Bo~4 of T~uatee8 of the City of Bakersfield do Ordain as' ~ollowS:'
9EOTION I. All persons, fi~s or corporations e~gag~' in or

a skating ri~ witlxin the corz, orate !~it, of the City of Bak~sfield
shall Pay a license tax th~efor at ~he rate of Fifte~
($15.00) p~ qu~t~ payable In advance.
SEOT~N. II. AnF p~ons, fir~a, or corporations sxilty of the
violation of the P~ovi,ions of S~tion I of this Ordi~nee m2alt be
de~d ~,ilt~ of a mied~eanor and l~On conviction thereof
a fine of not more than Fift~, Doll~m nor 1 than ~enSy Doings,'
and a default of patient of aaid fine shall be i~r&soned i~ the
County Jail of the County of K~n at the rate of one da~ for each
doll~ of said fine.
