'~,ublic sewers of said City of Bakersfield.
%l~ereas, the Kern County Land Company has constructed and
completed, under the supervision of the Superintendent of Streets of
said. City, and to his entire satisfaction, the sewer in ~,e streets
and alleys of said City', hereinafter described; and has donated said
sewer to said City, and dedicated the same to the public use of said
Cit~, which donation and dedication has been accepted b~ the Board
of Trustees of said Cita'
Now, Therefore, the Boax'd of Trustees of the City' of Bakers-
field do ordain as follows'
Section 1. The following described sewer in the City of
Bakersfield is hereb), declared to be henceforth a public sewer of said
Cit~, to--wi t'
Begi~aing at the Korth line of 24th Street at the intersection
of said North line with alley' in Block l£1; thence runnin~z in a
Southerly, direction across £4th Street and througt~ alley' in Block
1§8 to intersection with 1£" main sewer on £3rd Street.
Section £. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
the date of its passage and publication, and shall be published once
in the Weekly. Californian, a weekly newspaper printed and published in
the said City of Bakersfield.
Passed and adopted by said Board, at meeting of said Board of
Trustees, in olden session, at a regular meeting'of' said Board' on
