The Board of T~stee~ of the Oity of Bakersfield do ordain
as follows:
Section -1-~ Section eight of Ordinance N~ber ~if~ Nine
of the Ordinance the title of. which is recited in the title hereof,
is hereby amends! ~o as to read as folloW:
Gection ~- Ail ~ste, piDe and fittings shall be cast
i=on: all vent Dipe must be either cast iron or galvanized rod
iron; all back venting must be done with "T~" and forty five
degree "La".
This ordi~nce shall be in full force and effec~ from and
after it~ passage and publication as required by law.
