S.~ction 1- No person or persons, firms or co~o'rations
~11 deposit or cause or allow to be deposited upon any ofthe public
streets paved with aspl~lt, bituminous rock or conc~te, asphalt,
naDht~, kerosene or any other products of petroleum,.
or cause to be .conveyed through the public streets any naphtha, kero-
sene or other products of petroleum in any tank, wagon, or other
vessel, w~ereby the same leaks upon or is deposited upon the said
pavement.. All.wagons used for the purpose of delivering kerosene or
'any other products of petroIe~ shall have a tray so constructed and
.......... at~ched-~o-~eaid wagon,, tank
or drip along or upon said above mentioned pavements, a~ all pers~ns
delivering said products of petroIeum sh~l! have tight tanks, cans
and other vessels for the conveyance of same.
Sectiou ~- Every person, fi~ or corporation who shall
vielate any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed
guilty of ~. misdemeanor, and upon conviction, .shall ~e fined not more
than OZOO Dollars or be imprisoned for not mots than three months,
or both said fine ~nd imprisonment.
