within the in¢'orporate limits of the City of Bakersfield and the
Town of Kern into Five Wards.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Bakersfield, do ordain as
follows:

The territory embraced within the incorporate limits of the
City of Bakersfield and the town of Kern, are hereby divided into
five ward~ and the boundaries of said wards are hereby established
to be as follows, to-wit:
(a) Ail of that territory lying within the exterior boundaries of
Freci~ts One and Three in the City of Bakersfield, as established by
the Board of Supervisors for general state elections: held within said
Oity are hereby designated to constitute Ward Number One.
(b') Ail of that territory lying w~thin the exterior boundaries
Precincts 'Two and Seven in the City of Bakersfield as established by

City are hereby designated to constitute Ward 1/umber Two.

City are hereby designated to consti2ute Ward l~umber Three.

Precinct Six-~ in said City of Bakersfield and Precinct South Kern in
said Town of Kern, as established b7 the Board of Supervisors for
