and other.public places of the Oity of Bakersfield.
The Boar~ o.f 'Trustees of the Oity of Baker~fielU, do ordain
as follows:

"i~hat ever~ person' ri~ing, driving, p~opelling 'Or re'in
.charge of any. vehicle, upon meeting any other vehicle.at any place
Upon .any street within the' city of Bakersfi'eld,-'shall turn to the
'right and' e~l'_ ~1'1 occasions: ·when it is practicable' so to do, shall
travel on the righ~ si~e of such e~.reet, .and as near ~he-right ~an~
'curb thereof .as possible. , ..
-. ." That every person, riding, driving, propelling or in charge
of any Vehicle upon any street within the city of Bakersfield, having
but two wheel tracks or well beaten paths, for vehicles is hereby
recluired~ when.practicable, to ~urn to the right, and to surrender
the left track upon meeting any vehicle .going in the opposite dir-
ect ion.
