Au Ordinance fixing the compensation of the Health Officer
of the City of Bakersfield.
· -' Tho Board of Trustees of the City of Bakersfield, do ordain
as .~foll.ows: -
· Sec,. 1. -7.~ e health officer of the City of Bakersfield
shall receive in full compeusation, for performing the duties of
his. office a salary of seventy five dollars per month, he to
give his entire ti~e to this city and the duties of his of:~ice.
Sec. 2. All ordinances or parts .of ordinances in..
conf.lict herewith are hereby repealed; this ordinance sh~ll
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
