Whereas the Superinten~ont of streets off the City of
B~ersfield di~ thereupon cause notice of the passa~
Resolution to be pest~ publishe~ for ten days in the
maker ~ as require~ by law~ ~

elapse~ a~er the e~iration of the time of the publication
of said notice of the passage of sai~ Reso~tion, ~ the

Whereas it appear8 that no assessment is necessary
to be levied to defray the expenses of said.work;
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ordere~ that said work
and improvement be done as aforesaid, and as specifically
described in said ResolUtion of Intention No. 19Z.
Sec. ~. The City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to prepare an ~temized statement of the costs and
expenses tf doing said work and to present an itemized
statement to the persons who petitioned this Board to
close said streets and alleys, and to collect from said
persons the costs and expenses of doing said work.
Sec. Z. This ordinance shall take effect on and
after its passage and approval, and due publication as required
by law.
