curb grade on "C" street from its intersection with 22nd street
to its intersection with 24th street.
The Board of Trustees ofthe City of Bakersfield, do ordain
as folio,as:-
Sec. 1. Whereas the Board of 2r~.~e. es of the City of.
'Bakersfield, did on the ~ day' of/~mm~ 1911, by
ResolUtion of Intention No./_~~~, de.e~are its intention
to change and re-establish the curb grade on "O" street, from
.. its intersection with 22nd street to its intersection with
24th street; and'
Whereas, the aforesaid resolution, instructed the
Clerk of said Board to publish and post for two days, said
Resolution of Intention; and
Whereas said Resolution of Intention so published and
~ posted for two days, described the proposed changes of grade;
Whereas no protests were filed against said proposed
change of grade,
NOW THERE~0RE, it is hereby ordered that the grades
on "C" street, from its intersection with 22nd street to its
intersection with E4th street, are hereby changed to and
established at the following elevations above the datum plane
for the grades of the City of Bakersfield, as fixed by Ordinance
No. 18 of said City.
1. That the curb ~leade of said "C" street at its
intersection with ~.Ynd street; shall be changed to 88.80 feet
above the datum plane.
2o That the curb grade of said ".C" street at its
intersection with 2Zrd street shall be changed to 89,50 feet
· above the datum plans,
S, That the curb grade of said "C" street at its
intersection with ~4th street shall be changed to 90,50 feet
above the datum plane,
A~d at all points between said designated points the
grade shall be established so as to conform to a straight line
drawn between' consecutive elevations.
Sec. 2. Any part of'an ordinance in oonflio~ herewith
is hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and approval, and due .. publ i o at i on as required by law,
