An Ordinance' establishing the official grade of ~ple Avenue
in the City of ~akersfield.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Bakersfield do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. The elevation of the top of the curb for Maple
Avenue at points on each side of said ~aple Avenue, respective-
ly four hundred ~ ~400i feet west of the westerly property
lin~ of "~'" Street in the City of ~akersfield, shall be 89.60
feet above the datum plane as ~st~blished by Ordinance No.
of the City of ~akersfield, passed the Jd day of
entitled "An Ordinance establishing a datum planei~oT the 0ity
of Bakersfield~.
Section ~. The curb grade for all points between those here-
by fixed shall be ina~t~ml~h~line joining adjacent grades as
heretofore fixed by Ordinance of the Oity of Bakersfield.
Section Z. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effec~
thirty days from and after its passage and due pu~lication~
as required by law.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the 0ity
