An Ordinance 2rohibiting the mixing' of mortar, cement, concrete ..
plaster or. lime .upon the surface of any paved street in the City

ordain as follows:-
Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
· c-orporatio~, to. mix~ make, place or pile or cause or permi't 't-e' .... .-...
'be mixed, made, placed or piled or.,to permit to remain any
'- mortar, cement.., concrete, plaster or r any similar
substance or mixture upon the surface of any paved street,
alley or other public place or to cause or permit the same to
remain-at any place in s~ch a manner that the same will fall
or'leak upon the surface of any paved street, al!e2 .or
other public place.
Sec. 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating
