AN ORDINANCE F'I'XING T~ 00~PENSATION 0F TT~E HEALTH
0F~ICER 0~ THE CITY 0F BAKERSFIELD.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Bakersfield' do ordain
· as follows:
Section 1.- ~rom and after the ~.day of
191~__, the salary cf the health officer of the City, of Bakers-
field shall be one hundred Il001 dollars per month, which shall
ii. be in full of all services performed by him.
Section 2.- This ordinance shall be in full for'ce and
effect from and after thirty days after its passage and due
publication as required by law. All other ordinances or parts
or ordinancem in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
