The Board 'of Trustees of the City of'Bakersfield do ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. U~REAS, The Board of Trustees of the 0ity of

Bakersfield
by Resolution of Intention No.~_, declare its intention to
change and re-establish the official curb grade on Truxton Avenue,
at i~s intersection with S street to ninety~five and fifty one-
huD._.dredths (9B.50) feet above the datsun p_~l_a.n~ for the
the City of Bakersfield, as fixe~ by Ordinance No. 18 of said
City;. and
'~'~HEP~AS, The aforesaid Resolution directed the City Clerk
of said Ci.ty to publish and post for' two (21 da.ys said Resolution·
of intention, and
~REAS, Said Resolution wa's published and posted for two ~2)
days, describing the proposed changes ~f gra~.i; and
;~HEREAS, ~No protests were filed against said proposed Change
of grade,
NO~, THEREEORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the curb ..gr$~l~ of.
Truxton Avenue, at its intersection .with S street, be changed to
ninety-five and fifty one-hundredths (9~.~0) feet above the

by Ordinance No. 18 of said City.

SECTION 2. That all grades between said designated grade and
adjacent grades heretofore established shall be in a straight
line drawn between said designated grade and adjacent grades.
SECTION .3. Any part of an Ordinance in conflict herewith is
hereby repealled. This 0~dinance
passage and approval and dui publication, as required by law.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance. was introduced at a
