8 The Board of Trustees of the City of Bakersfield do ordain
9 as follows:
i0 Sec. 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No.~. of the City of
~ Bakersfield is l~ereby amended to read.as follows:
"Sec. 1. From and after the

13 191~, the salary of the health officer of the' City of Bakersfield
14 shall be One hu~dred fifty (1~0) dollars per month, which shall
~5 be in i~ll of all services performed by him."
~6 Sec. E. This ordinance shall be in ~ull force and effect
~? ~ from and a~ter its passage and approval and due pub-
~8 lioation as required by law.
