Section 6. All acoumlationo of garbage mn~ ashes

shall accumulate eh,all provide a suitable severed box of

on the premises; c. nd such box shall be so constructed as to
exclude therefrom all flies or other ger'-bearing insects.
For the purpose of this ordinance "Stable Manure"
shall be held to include and mean excrement i~om horses, sows
or any domestic or othe~ animals or .~owls impounded 'ih
sheds, 'i~ns, sex,als' or buildings~
