The Boar~ of Trustees of the City of ~akersfield do ordain
as follows:
' Sec. 1. There are hereby established in and for the City
of ~akersfield two a~itional free libraries and rea~ing rooms
as follOW: The ~akersfiel~ Free ~ublic Library and Readin~ Room
shall be located in the 0ity Ball; 'the East ~akersfiel~ Free ~ublio
Library ~ Rea~i~ Room s~ll be locate~ in ~~i~i~
