ORDINANCE NO . ~90: · AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ES.TABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS A_ND E~PLOYES OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TR/~ CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, as follows: SECTION 1: Each officer 'or employee of the City of Bakersfield herein named shall receive in full compensation for performing the duties of the ~ffice or employment to which he or she is elected, 'appointed or employed, including any office held.by him as ex-officio, the following respective monthly compensation: Assessor shall receive a salary of $75.00 per month. Auditor shall receive a salary of $125.00 per month. Building Inspector shall receive a salary of $175.00 per month. City Clerk shall receive a salary of $125.00 per month. City l~anager shall ,receive a salary of $250.00 per month. City Manager's Secretary shall receive a salary of $110.00 per month. City Attorney shall receive a salary of $.200.00 per month. City Attorney's Clerk shall receive a salary of $80.00 per month. Charity Commissioner and Employment Agent shall receive a salary of $90.00 per month. Chief 'of Fire Department shall receive a salary of $200:00 per month. Health Officer shall receive a salary of $150 00 per month Street Foreman shall receive a salary of $150[00 per month[ Chief of Police shall receive a salary of $200.00 per month. Police Judge shall receive a salary of $150.00 per month. City Engineer shall receive a salary of $200.00 per month.
