ALL PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT IIEKEIVITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows;
SECTION I, - The phrase "sidewalk space~ shall be used and con-
strued to mean the eps. ce between said. property line and curb line.
SECTION 2 - The width of' the sidewalk space-on Beale Avenue, with-
in the City of Bakersfield, throughout lta~ entire~ length is hereby
fixed and established at seventeen feet.
SECTION 3 - All parts of 0rdinancee. ln conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the 2~th day of April,
lgl6, by the following vote:
