Dollars ($150,000.00), for the pur- pose of acquiring lands and the improvement of the same for park purposes :for said City. The estimated cost of said proposed lands,~ and the improvement thereof is One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00). The amount of the principal of the indebtedness to be incurred therefor is One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00); and the rate of interest to be paid..on said ~ndebtedness will be five percenttam ~er annum, payable semi-annu- ally.
