The figures in the column marked "GRADE" are eleva~tion in feet and hundredths of a foot above the datum plane as established by an ordinance of the said City of Bakersfield, entitled "An Ordin- ance establishing a datum plane for the City of Bakersfield," which 0 rd inanc e said/is numbere,i. 18, and said figures represent the elevation of the-. top of the curbed.
