ESTABLISHING TPI~ CONPENSATION OF SUCH OFFICER.
BE IT ORDAI~ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
AS FOLLOWS:
KECTION l:
The office of Superintendent of the Bureau of Identification
within the City of Bakersfield, is hereby established.
SECTION 2:
The compensation of the Superintendent of the Bureau of
Identificat~n in the City of Bakersfield, is hereby fixed at One
Hundred Thirty ($1~0.00) Dollars per month.
SECTION 5;
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after thirty days from the date of its passage.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was adopted
by the Council of the City of Baker'sfield at it s meeting on the
day of February..~ 1916, by the following vote;
