COURT HOUSE.
BE IT 0RDAII~'D BY TI~UE COUifCIL OF THE CITY OF BA~ZERSFIELD, AS
FOLLOWS'. .~;"
SECTION 1:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation
to stand or cause or permit to be left standing, any automobile or
other vehicle .in front of the Oourt House of the County of Kern,
State, of~alifornia, on Chester Avenue 'between the poles of the
~o~.n ,~_~f~g.ht .and Dower ~o.~imm~diatel~ on ~he right and left of
the main entrance leading to bhe Court House.
SECTION 2:
Any person, firm or corporation violating the foregoing
section of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor end
upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than Fifty Dollars or
imprisoned in the County Jail not .Le~ than ten days, or by both~fine
and impriso~nent.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after thirty days from the date of its passage.
