as follows:

Bakersfield, entitled: "An Ordinance of. thel.0i~y o.f Bakersfield~;
Relating. to the Regulation of Sewer C~nnectione, Requiring Permits
Therefor.; .Prohibiting the Disposal of Solid Matter, 0il a~d Sand,
in Sewers; .Providing a Fee for Sewer. Connections, s~d Prescribing
a Penalty also for..the Violation of Said Ordinance,, is hereby
repealed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
