B~RSFIELD.
BE IT O~AI~D BY T~ CO~CIL OF T~ CITY OF B~ERSFIELD, aS
follows:
SECTION 1. ~]~S, the Council of the City of Bakersfield did, on the
17th day of April, 1917, by Resolution of Intention ~o. 336, declare
its intention to change ~nd re-eetzblish the official curb grade of
Sixteenth Street ~t its intersection ~th D Street, from 91.90 feet
above the dat~ plane for the gradem of the City of B~kersfield, as
fixed by Ordinance No. 18 of s~id City, to 91.$0 feet above said
dat~ plane, and
V~PJ~S, the aforesaid Resolution directed the Clerk of the
Council to publish in the Morning Echo for two successive insertions
in said newspaper ~nd to post the s~me for two d~ys, consecutively,
on or near the C~ber door of s~id Council, ~nd
~~S, said Resolution of Intention ~s so published and
posted for two days describing the proposed change of grmde, rand
~~S, no protests were filed ~gainSt said change of grmde,
NOW, ~E~F0~, it is hereby ordered that the grade of
Sixteenth Street at its intersection with D Street is hereby changed
to and establtished from 91.90 feet ~bove the d~t~ plane for the
grmdes of the City of B~kersfield, ~s fixed by Ordinance No. 18 of
said City, to 91.~0 feet ~bove said dat~ plane.
I hereby certify t~t the foregoing 0rdin~nce ~s passed
~nd adopted by the Council of the City of B~kersfield, on the 18th
