AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 331~ ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC EXPERT, DEFINING
THE POWERS AND BUTIES THEREOF, AND FIXING THE SALARY OF SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELS
as follows:
SECTION i. That Ordinance No. 33l, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE
CREATING THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC EXPERT, DEFINING THE POWERS AND
DUTIES THE]~OF, AND FIXING THE SALARY OF SAME", passed by the
Council of the City o~ BakerSfield, Nay l~th, 1917, be, and the
same is hereby repealed.

by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on the
