BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF B~ERSFIELD, as follows: SECTION 1. That Sections 1, 2 and 5 of Ordinance No. 265 entitled ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD PROHIBITING THE SALE OF IN- TOXICATING LIQUORS TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE YEARS: PROHIBITING SUCH PERSONS FROM VISITING WHERE LIQUORS ARE SOLD: PROVIDING .A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF", be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows: SE,~TION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person under the a~e of twenty-one years to be or remain in, enter or visit any public billiard room, pool room, bowling alley, barroom or saloon in 'the City of Bakersfield. SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons having charge, centrol or management of any public billiard room, pool room, bowling alley, barroom or saloon in. the City of Bakers- field to suffer or permit any person under the age of twenty-one years to be or remain in, enter or visit such public billiard room, pool room, bowling alley, barroom or saloon. SECTION 5. That Sections I and 2 of this Ordinance shall be posted in at least two conspicuoas places in every billiard room, pool room, bowling alley, barroom and saloon in the City of Bakersfield; Section 3 of this Ordinance shall be posted in at least two conspicuous places in every cafe, restaurant or hotel holdi~ng a license in the City of Bakersfield.
