DE IT 0RD~N~ BY T~J COUNCIL OF T~ CITY OF B~RSFIELD,
as follows:
~CTION Z. That S~er Street shall be extended to East Truxtun Avenue
to include the following described land, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of Haley Street
17.76 feet ~south of the northerly line of S~ner Street produced;
thence deflecting to the left 58o08' from the easterly line of
Haley Street 501.38 feet to a point in the northerly line of East
Truxtun Avenue; thence westerly along the northerly line of East
Truxtun Avenue 112.58 feet; thence deflecting to the right 45°17'
372.41 feet to a point in the easterly line of Haley Street; thence
northerly along the easterly line of Haley Street 94.21 feet to
the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That said e~ension shall be known and designated by the
n~e of S~ner Street.
I hereby certify t~t the foregoing ~rdinance was passed by
the Council of the City of B~ersfield, on the 24th ~.y off Decem-
ber, 1917, by the following vote::
