THE COI~PENSATION OF. CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOEES
OF THE CITY OF BAEERSFIELD. AND!REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1. That subdivision 23 of Ordinance No. 3~5~ of the City of
Bakersfield, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF
CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE 'CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", be and the same
is hereby ~,ended to read as follows:
23. TREe, SURER & TAX COLLECTOR (he to furnish all his
