AN 0RDIANCE REPEALING 0RDIANCES NUMBERED i, 4, 8 AND 12,
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ~0UNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
AS F~LLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. l, of the City of Bakersfield,
entitled' "Fixing The Ti~me And Place Of The Regular l~eetings Of
~he Board Of City.i]Tr~tees" be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Ordinance No. 4, of the City of Bakersfield,
entitled: "An Ordinance Fixing The Salaries Of Certain ~0fficers"
be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
That 0rdinance'No. 8, of the City of Bak.~$r. sfield,
entitled "An Ordinance Declaring and Providing ~ For
The Punishment of Nisdemeanors" togethe~:~it~ Ordinance No. 12,
of said City, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Section 47 of
Ordinance Number 8'; be and the same are hereby repealed.
