MINUTES OF ALL ~IEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAE]~RBFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows'
SECTION 1.
It hhall be the duty of the City Clerk, and he is hereby
so directed, to cause to be published, in the official newl~paper.:of the
City of Bakersfield, on each Wednesday following the regular meetings
of said Council, the minutes of all regular meetings of said Council,
together with the minutes of any special meetings held during the
interim of said regular meetings.
SECTION 2.
The first publication of said minutes as provided herein
shall be on the Wednesday following the next regular meeting of said
Co,uncil held after this Ordinance shall Be in full force and effect,
and thereafter, such publication shall be rmde as provided in Section
I of this Ordinance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the /~'
