a~ follows :-

within the inoo~orate limit~ of the City of B~ersfield except
such perso~ or per~on~ a~ m~ be theremnto authorized by
Chief of the Fire D~tment of smd City or by the Chaim~ of
the Bo~d of Tmstee~ of said City shall be deom~d ~ilty of a
misdeme~or.
