Of the Board of Trustees, of the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern'~
State of California, declaring certain sewers in said City to be public
se~ers of said City of Bakersfield.·
have constructed and completed, under the supervision of the Superin-
tendent of Streets of said City, and to his entire satisfaction, the
sewers in the streets and alleys of said City,hereinafter described;
and have donated said sewers to said City, .and dedicated the same to
the public., use of said City, which donation and dedication has been..~
accepted by the Board of Trustees of said City:
Now,Therefore, ~'the Board of Trustees of the city of
field do ordain as follows:

of Bakersfield are, and are hereby declared to be henceforth,public
sewers of said City, to-wit: ~
