be public sewers of said City of Bakersfield.
constructed and co,~.plete.d under the supervision of the Superintendent
of Streets of said City, and to his entire satisfaction, the sewers
in the streets and. alleys of said City, hereina, fte~; described; and
ha~donated said sewers to said City, and dedicated the same to the
public use of said City, which donation ~.nd dedication has been ac-
cepted by the Board of Trustees of said City:
Now,Therefore, the Board of Trustees of the City of Bakers-
field do ordain as follows: ...... '
Section 1. The following described sewers in the City
of Bakersfield are,. and are hereby declared to be henceforth, public
sewers of said City, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in center of alley in Block 278, ~ift¥ feet west
of the west side of F Street, thence west in center of alley through
Blocks, 278, 279, 42~A, a~d 422B, to the main sewer in B Street.
Also beginning at a point at the intersection of C Street and center of
alley in Block 425, thence west through said Block to the main sewer in
B Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage: a. nd publication, and shall be published
once in the Weekly Oalifornian, a weekly newspaper printed and pub-
lAshed in said Oity of Be. kersfield.
Passed and adopted by said Board,at meeting of said Board
of Trustees, in open session, at a regular meeting of said Board,on
