Kern, State of California, declaring certain sewers in said City to
be public sewers of said City of Bakersfield.
constructed .and completed, under the supervision of the ~uperinten-
dent of Streets of said City, and to his entire satisfaction, the
sewers in the streets and alleys of said City, hereinafter de:scribed;
and '~h~ .donated said sewers to said City, and dedicated the same
to the public use of said City, which donation and dedication has
been accepted by the Board of Trustees of said City:
