An ordinence establishing Water Rate~ and fixing the eom-
pensation for'P~re Water for Family Uses, for Private P~Lrpo~es,
and Nunicipal Purpose~ and for all Public Uses in and for the
City of Hakersfield, California, for the year com'.qencing July
l, 190~, and ending June ZO, 19OZ.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Bakersfield',
California, do ordain a.~ follows:
Section 1.. The rates to be charged ~nd collected 'by
