l l do ordai~l as follows:
12 SECTION I. It shall be unlawful for anF person, firm,
13 or corporation, theLr agents or employees to throw or deposit
14 any notice of sale or proposed sale of either personal or
15 real ~rop_er_.t.~, or any adver, tisement of such-sale or proposed
16 sale, or any advertisement of any kind, nature or description
17 whatsoever, or any paper, trash or am'tlcle of an.v kind on or
18 upon any lawn, lot or bloo~, porch or doo~ step within~the
1~ incorporate limits of the City of Bakersfield, without the
20 consent of the owner of said lot, lawn or block, porch or
21 door step first having been obtained.
2~ SECTION 2. Any person, fica or corporation, thel~
23 agents or employees violating ~s~uy of the provisions of this
24 ordinance, shall be guilty of a .misdemeanor, and shall upo~
conviction thereof be punished by a fine not exceeding, fifty'
26 dollars, or by imprisonment in the Oounty Jail not exceeding
~7 fifty dams, or by both such fine 'and imprisonment.
