Joint Public Hearing of the City Council and Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency to
consider the adoption of an ordinance amending the Southeast Bakersfield
Redevelopment Plan.
Staff recommends opening the public hearing and upon completion of public
testimony, closing the public portion of the hearing, conducting a first reading of the
ordinance simply adding a multi-use stadium as a possible project for Agency
assistance and continuing the hearing to March 28, 2001.
