Upon a motion by Carnakis, seconded by Kuehn, the Nsyor was authorized to execute a contract with the County of Kern for the right to construct and maintain a water supply system for the municipal dump, and to connect said water supply system to the existing water line. Acceptance of resignation of George L. Bradford ~ember of Planning Commission. Upon a motion by Siemon, seconded by Cross, the resignation of George L. Bradford as member of the Planning Commission was accepted, and the Clerk was instructed to write ~r. Bradford a letter ex~ress~ the thanks and aoprecfation of the Ce~nc~l for his excellent work on the P~anning Commission. Date of hearing set to determine whether or not permit of Aubrey Darrell C~eeves to engage in business of automobile dealer should be revoked.
