A RESOLUTION OF THE BAKERSFIELD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD FIXING THE DATES
OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BAKERSFIELD
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR JANUARY THROUGH
DECEMBER 2009.
WHEREAS, the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency (BRDA) in accordancewith
its By-laws is required to adopt a Resolution setting the dates of its Regular Meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Bakersfield that the Regular Meetings of the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency will be held in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m., as shown below and Exhibit "A"
attached hereto:
